We will be transparent in what concerns the prices of our products;

We will treat you with dignity even when we initiate the proceedings for recovering our debts due to your failure to fulfill your contractual obligations;

Our goal is to solve any problem promptly and in an amicable way;

We will protect your individual right to private life by allowing you to exercise control and also be informed over the way personal data is used.
