Sales Manager

The ideal candidate:

  • Has a minimum of 3 years experience in B2B (financial and / or insurance services, payment systems - electronic or to merchants, telecommunications, other types of services)

  • Has entrepreneurial spirit and a strong ”Can do” mentality

  • Is available to travel frequently to neighboring counties and has a driving license (category B license)

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, needed for working with company’s clients

  • Has PC operating skills (Microsoft Office, Internet)

  • Has higher professional studies

Job assignments:

  • Market prospecting in the allocated counties to identify potential customers

  • Managing leads from online and telesales campaigns as well as building and managing B2B2C relationships

  • Participating in various promotional events and meetings with potential clients

  • Presentation of company’s products to potential clients and partners

  • Clients counseling

  • Developing and managing the customer portfolio

  • Achieving performance goals set by the company

ASP.Net and SQL Developer

Qualifications Needed:

  • 1+ years of experience;

  • Good or excellent knowledge of .NET Framework or .NET Core: C#, Web API or MVC;

  • Good knowledge of client side technologies, especially JavaScript, HTML, CSS

  • Microsoft SQL Server/T-SQL – capable of understanding and troubleshooting stored procedures

  • Security oriented mindset – understanding code and architecture vulnerabilities in a web context

Qualities Needed:

  • An ability to quickly and eagerly learn new technologies;

  • Excellent communication skills with a wide range of individuals (in English);

  • A collaborative approach to team projects.


  • Maintaining and developing new features for core financial system apps, API in a cloud based environment (Microsoft Azure)

  • Create, review and contribute to technical solutions and architectural decisions and follow them throughout the product’s development life cycle;

  • Perform code review;

  • Provide post-development maintenance for applications;
